In order to pass on our knowledge from practice and research, seminars are regularly held in Kartzfehn which are officially recognised as vocational training in the area of turkey rearing.

Our turkey seminar I "Basics", for instance, which is designed not only for newcomers but also for experienced workers from the area of turkey fattening and farm managers covers, inter alia, the following subjects:

  • Preparation of the rearing barn in theory and practice.
  • Management and rearing factors.
  • Technology in turkey growing.
  • Cleansing and disinfection.

Together with a document evidencing the successful vocational training, the participants take home a certificate and many new impressions.
